GEOMETRY TOLERANCES #
Angle defect at cut end: Cutting angel is max. 5 mm.
Flatness at cut end: Deviation from flatness is max. 2 mm.
Angel defect of cross-section: N/A
Deflection on the whole bar (laterally and vertically): Total straightness deviation doesn’t exceed 3 mm.
Local deflection (laterally and vertically): Straightness (on flat and edge) is no more 3 mm per meter length.
Side face straightness: max. 2,5 mm – for 122×122, 140×165, 140×100 mm
max. 3,5 mm – for 122×115, 122×130, 140×147 mm.
Twist on the whole bar: Not exceed 3 mm/m, max. 3mm on the total bar length.
Radius of corners (R): R = 9, 13, 15, 18, 21 mm, it is allowed to round off the corner by abrasive cleaning.
SURFACE CONDITION #
Lateral surfaces: Rough breaks with visual non-metallic inclusions in overall dimensions more than 50 mm in any directions are not allowed on the surface.
Surface roughness: Cut by saw in cold condition, it is not allowed burrs are more than 4 mm.
Cut by saw: Angle defect is max. 5 mm.
Scale: Scale is not removed.
Painting/Coating: No painting/ no coating of surface and ends.
