GEOMETRY TOLERANCES: #
Angle defect at cut end: Cutting angel is max. 5 mm.
Flatness at cut end: Deviation from flatness is max. 2 mm.
Side face straightness:
Straightness on flat and rib is 2 mm as per meter and 5 mm on whole length bar.
Twist on the whole bar: Twisting of the flat bars shall not exceed 3 ̊ per 1 m of the length. The total twisting of the whole bar shall not exceed the value of the twisting as per 1 m of the length multiplied by the total length of the bar, but, in any case, shall not be more than 15 ̊
Radius of corners (R): R=9, 10+5/-1, ≤15, 15+5 mm depends on dimension
SURFACE CONDITION: #
Lateral surfaces: Rough breaks with visual non-metallic inclusions in overall dimensions more than 50 mm in any directions are not allowed on the surface.
Surface roughness: Cut by saw in cold condition, it is not allowed burrs are more than 4 mm.
Cut by saw: Angle defect is max. 5 mm.
Scale: Scale is not removed.
Painting/Coating: No painting/no coating of surface and ends.
STEEL QUALITY: #
LRS6 (preferable), alternatively, we can offer S235JRG2 EN 10025
PACKING AND MARKING: #
To be designed the packing drawing for the Customer, mainly; it is packed in bundles by 3-8 bars on the wooden blocks, and strapped by the steel band in several places over the whole bar. It marks by 2 metal info tags as per each bundle as well as the self-stickers on the top ends.
MECHANICAL PROPERTIES: #
Re = min. 140 N/mm2
Rm = 300-500 N/mm2
